Sessions typically last 50 minutes.
Sessions occur over secure PHIPPA-compliant video - via the secure platform Jane. They are 100% confidential and privacy protected.
If you have extended coverage for Psychotherapy and Registered Social Workers, your sessions will be covered!
You have the option to pay through e-transfer or credit card. When booking your initial session, you'll be prompted to enter your credit card details. While we'll store this information securely, your card won't be charged immediately.
After your session, the stored card will be automatically charged, and an insurance receipt will be sent to your email.
A Qualifying Psychotherapists is a newly graduated therapist. Their practice is supervised by licensed independent Psychotherapists to ensure you receive the best care possible. Resident Therapists are a great fit if you are navigating a variety of challenges, including: mild to moderate anxiety and depression, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and/or identity, amongst others
Great question! Clinical supervision is a distinct competency and intervention used to support therapists in their ongoing growth and development. It also adds an additional layer of quality control, to ensure you get the best service possible. Many therapists require supervision at the start of their careers, and others voluntarily engage in it to ensure they continue to learn from their peers.
Our supervisors are typically busy supporting the students in the CASC program, but feel free to drop us a line and check in on availability.

"Culminate" is a verb that means to reach the highest point of a process or series of events. It signifies the attainment of a result, often after a gradual or sequential development. In a broader sense, it can refer to the peak or highest point of achievement, growth, or a particular situation. We chose this name to represent the long and challenging road that brought us to opening the practice. We lived through a lot of challenges, all of which culminated in this passion... see what we did there 😉
