Biography

My coaching focuses on helping people better understand their strengths, identify where they want to go next, and build the confidence and capabilities needed to get there. Drawing on my background in organizational psychology, leadership development, and workforce transformation, I work with leaders at different stages of their careers to navigate transitions, explore new possibilities, and develop a leadership style that is both authentic and effective. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I help individuals reflect on their experiences, uncover their unique potential, and create meaningful plans for growth and impact. Areas of focus include: Career Path Planning & Navigation: Supporting leaders in clarifying their goals, identifying development opportunities, and creating actionable pathways for career progression and long-term success. Exploring Potential & Growth Opportunities: Supporting individuals in recognizing strengths and capabilities they may not fully appreciate, while building the confidence to take on new challenges and opportunities. Leadership Presence & Influence: Developing the communication, mindset, and executive presence required to inspire trust, influence stakeholders, and lead with authenticity. Strengths-Based Leadership: Leveraging individual strengths to enhance effectiveness, engagement, and resilience while building leadership approaches that align with personal values and natural talents. Leadership Development & Transition Support: Coaching leaders through key career transitions, increased responsibilities, and evolving leadership demands to strengthen capability, confidence, and impact. My goal is to create a reflective and supportive coaching partnership that enables leaders to gain clarity, build self-confidence, and develop sustainable leadership practices that support both personal fulfillment and organizational success.
