Culminate Group provides psychotherapy services delivered by registered psychotherapists and supervised qualifying psychotherapists. Our services are intended to support mental health and well-being. Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or therapeutic advice. Engaging with our Services establishes a therapeutic relationship governed by professional ethics and confidentiality standards (see our Privacy Policy).

Clients engaging in our Services agree to provide accurate information, attend scheduled appointments or provide timely notice of cancellation (as per our cancellation policy), participate actively in the therapeutic process, and fulfill payment obligations.

Culminate Group makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site. Psychotherapy outcomes vary, and we do not guarantee specific results from our Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Culminate Group, its therapists, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
